WebAPP development team at http://www.web-app.net/ , the group that has developed the open source WebAPP perl script and provided support since 2002 is currently accepting applications to test their new script.
Many have expressed an interest in beta testing the new script, so here is a opportunity to sign up, even before the product is released.
There are no special requirements to be a beta tester; however the WebAPP team is looking for both experienced WebAPP users and newbies who may be seeing the product for the first time.
